Everything Starts With Breath!

We automaticaly and subconsciously breathe keeping us alive daily but can do extra wonders with conscious breathwork to improve our whole holistic wellness including physical, emotional and mental wellness

After thousands of hours of practicing breathwork myself over 15+ years, hundreds of hours of different breathwork studies and sharing breathwork with individuals and groups for 8+ years, I can confidently share different types of breathwork to help individuals and groups improve their overall wellness simply by using breathwork practices.

Conscious breathwork can help with many different illnesses such as stress, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, sleep disorder and sleep apnea, respiratory issues including asthma, nervous system issues, heart conditions, mental and emotional illnesses and more.

Conscious breathwork can also improve clarity, mental health, emotional well-being, happiness, physical performance and more.


Human DOING & WORRYING instead of BEING! 

Unfortunately as we are often HUMAN DOING & WORRYING as opposed to be HUMAN BEINGS in our day to day life!

Often our daily life includes many different type of stress which can easily trigger anxiety which can then lead to depression and other type of illnesses.

Such level of pressure or stress can really affect our whole holistic body of MIND, BODY and SPIRIT in a very unhealthy way!  It is so important to somehow stay healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

One very important tool in my life which has kept me sane, calm and centered during the past many years now has been conscious breathwork which I have consistently done as a daily practice and has been so effective when challenged or triggered whether mentally, physically and emotionally. 

Breath is our Life Force and when used to its full potential with conscious breathwork, it can do wonders for our whole holistic body.  Breathing is automatic and keeping us alive and can be taken to the next level with breathwork practices.

I would like to share two introduction videos from The Power of Breath Workshop I have been sharing with the lovely Tianjin not only in Australia but also overseas in different yoga and wellness resorts and retreats. 

Such SIMPLE but yet EFFECTIVE concious breathwork exercises can make such a big difference when consistently practiced by helping one to reduce stress and anxiety, to sleep better, as well as resetting, re-energising and re-centering. Basic but very powerful!

Other times it is more beneficiary to practicing conscious breathwork with mindful and slow movements following the breath re-energise the mind + body + spirit
