For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing these tools professionally with athletes, high-performing business owners, stressed parents, and teens navigating the pressures of today’s world.
At Re-Energise Mind + Body + Spirit, I draw on two decades of lived experience to help my clients move out of fight-or-flight and back into a regulated, resilient nervous system. I’m not here to offer a temporary escape; I’m here to provide the professional guidance and practical toolkit you need to return to balance—and stay there."
My holistic approach at Re-Energise Mind + Body + Spirit is grounded in the belief that we are not meant to live in a constant state of 'doing.' Through a unique integration of functional breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, as well as the “Power of Touch” with Zenthai Shiatsu & TCM and Balinese Massage, I help my clients move out of fight-or-flight and back into a regulated, resilient nervous system.

As a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, remedial & Balinese masseuse, and Zenthai Shiatsu therapist with an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I'm passionate about sharing holistic wellness practices. My goal is to empower individuals, athletes, business owners,, corporate teams, parents, single parents, teenagers and more to reduce stress and anxiety through simple yet powerful practices.
My Story: From Mad Max to Zen Max
My wellness journey began over 20 years ago when I hit a wall mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Living life "To The Max" was no longer sustainable. Instead of relying on quick fixes and medication, I turned to natural wellness practices like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and massages. These practices brought me a sense of ease and vitality, and I discovered the profound benefits of the "Power of Touch" through massages.
As I experienced the transformative power of these practices, I immersed myself in studying them to better understand and share their benefits. This journey led to the birth of Zen Max. Today, I continue to practice breathwork and mindfulness daily, yoga multiple times a week, and receive regular massages.
Zenthai Shiatsu with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Five years ago, I discovered Zenthai Shiatsu & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and was immediately drawn to its blend of Thai massage, osteopathy, and acupressure, incorporating TCM principles, moxa and cupping. Developed by Gwyn Williams on the Sunshine Coast, Zenthai Shiatsu focuses on the body's meridians and organs, using Thai massage pressures, acupressure, moxa and cupping.
This powerful therapy resonated with me so deeply that I became a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist. My experience as a therapist and business owner has shown me the immense value of daily wellness practices in managing the pressures of work and life.
