As a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, remedial & Balinese masseuse, and Zenthai Shiatsu therapist including acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , I'm passionate about sharing holistic wellness practices. My goal is to empower individuals, athletes, business owners, and corporate teams to reduce stress and anxiety through simple yet powerful practices. I have proudly and gratefully been sharing such wellness for 10+ years as a passion.
