Yoga is about connecting mind + body + spirit through breath. Yoga is a great way to reset, re-center and recharge while improving fitness and flexibility.
Massage
Massages are a great way to re-energise mind + body + spirit. Both an Intuitive Balinese massages with Hot Stones and Zenthai Shiatsu with acupressure and TCM are available. Both will promote meditative state of relaxation and healing for their client
